MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
Go to your account to change your password, email address, or renew your subscription. PLEASE NOTE: if you subscribed before March 24, 2008, your start date shows as 2001 and all subscriptions are listed as a 1 Year Subscription, regardless of your actual term. HOWEVER, YOUR EXPIRATION DATE HAS NOT CHANGED. Your subscription will run through the date you originally purchased. If you decide to renew, you may choose either a 3 month or 1 year subscription.
How to Change Your Password
Go to your account and click "Change Password/Edit Profile"
HOW TO RENEW
Go to your account and choose a membership type under "Add/renew subscription. Click "Order" and follow the instructions presented. You may choose either a 3 month or 1 year renewal. The new subscription term will begin when your existing term ends so you will not lose any remaining time on your existing subscription.
